Onsite Activation and Move Coordination

  1. Provide Onsite Supervision for Medical Equipment and Supply Moves*
  2. Provide Onsite Supervision for Patient Relocation*
  3. Provide Onsite Supervision for All other Relocations including medical and non-medical Personnel, office contents, office equipment and medical records.

Post Move Activity Coordination

  1. Manage Help Desk for Resolution of Move Related Issues
  2. Coordinate Decommissioning of Vacated Space
